Senior Mechanical Projects Manager

Responsibilities

-Construction projects biddings’ analysis, cost estimation and pricing

-Projects execution plan initiation and management (Schedule, staffing, spending, handover and closure)

-Workshop manufacturing management (steel and piping fabrications)

-Capabilities development of construction managers, site engineers and foremen

Requirements

-B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

-12-15 years work experience

-Strong leadership

-Fluent in English

-Willingness to travel

Senior Mechanical Construction Manager

Responsibilities

-Construction projects biddings’ analysis and cost estimation

-Generate staffing plans

-Control schedule, spending, safety and quality on site

-Workshop manufacturing support (steel and piping fabrications)

-Purchasing technical support

-Construction sites leadership

Requirements

-B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

-10-12 years work experience

-Strong leadership

-Fluent in English

-Willingness to travel

Senior commercial operations/projects manager

Senior Commercial Ops/Projects Manager

Responsibilities

-Daily operations’ direction setting and commercial support to technical team

-Clients’ relationship management

-Cashflow, cost control, spending and forecasting optimization

-Invoicing and cash collection optimization

-Commercial negotiations with both clients and suppliers

-Construction projects biddings’ analysis, cost estimation and quotations revision and approval

-Capabilities development and leadership of administrative assistants, accountants, purchasers and warehouse keepers

Requirements

-B.Sc. in Engineering (engineering background is a must - preferably in the industrial electromechanical construction field)

-10-15 years work experience

-Strong leadership

-Fluent in English

-PMP and/or MBA are preferrable

-Advanced excel user

-High sense of numbers’ values and meanings from business point of view
